The mobile personal training service of Get Fit In D.C. is dedicated to making fitness a more easily accessible goal in a woman's life. Personal training sessions can take place at your home, in a park, or in my private training studio.

During our first session we will determine your present fitness level, take into consideration your particular health history and collaborate with your physician and other health providers if necessary.

Whether your goal is general fitness, weight loss, rehabilitation, or simply to look better and feel stronger, I will choose from the most innovative training techniques to customize the most efficient fitness program to meet your needs.

Beginner's Marathon Training

After running several marathons, I know what it's like to have a personal trainer who can cater to your specific running needs. Pre-hab training specialized to strengthen your core and help with endurance and speed training is essential to first time marathoners and veteran runners alike.
Runners will work with me twice a week for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time.
This 12-session package includes:

$525 for 12 sessions

Bridal Program


Brides work with me twice a week—no excuses—for a total of 24 sessions. Upon registering, you are required to commit to two specific days and times each week for a consecutive 12-week period.
This 24-session package includes:
- Polar heart rate monitor
- Bridal Fitness Program Journal
- Water bottle
$935 for 24 sessions

New Mom Program

Post-natal fitness is essential to your happiness, well-being, and enjoyment with your new child. After you've been given the all-clear at your six-week check, you can start regular structured exercise - even if you've never exercised before.
Mothers will work with me twice a week for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time.
This 12-session package includes:

Working Woman Program

Focus. Drive. Ambition. You live a hectic life of deadlines, travel, and determination. Squeezing a workout program in between family, social commitments, meetings and deliverables at work is challenging for us all.
You will work with me twice a week for a minimum of 6 weeks at a time.
This 12-session package includes:

Personal Training a la Carte

3 sessions: $50/session 6 sessions: $45/session 12 sessions: $42/session 24 sessions: $40/session 30 sessions: $35/session ***save an additional 10% if you book at least 2 sessions per week***
